Frank studied Tax Law (Cost-increasing Taxes) at Leiden University and joined VAT INSTITUTE in 2008 as an international VAT adviser. He focuses specifically on cross-border VAT issues and their impact on business processes. Drawing on his expertise, he advises and trains internationally operating businesses and institutions to comply with complex foreign laws and regulations, translating international rules into clear guidelines for day-to-day practice.
